1. Digital Goods

TryMindTest provides digital products (online assessments and downloadable reports). Due to the nature of digital goods, they are deemed "used" after purchase and access/download.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Generally, all purchases of premium assessments and reports are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered (e.g., the assessment is taken or the report is generated).

3. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund under the following special circumstances:

  • You were unable to access the assessment or report due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a billing error.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@trymindtest.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
